Hi, I'm Atticus—a curious explorer at heart who's fascinated by human decision-making.

My professional journey has taken me from leading marketing analytics at Silicon Valley Bank to heading Conversion Rate Optimization and UX at NRG Energy, where I help translate human behavior into measurable outcomes that make a difference.

I grew up between worlds—born in China, then moving to America at age ten without speaking English. This experience shaped me into an observer first, constantly forming hypotheses about how people behave and refining my understanding of human patterns.

After studying economics at UNC Wilmington, I chose adventure over convention. I converted a van and drove across North America with just two bags—clothes in one, books in the other—learning more about life than any classroom could teach.

My creative side has found expression through poetry (Atticus Verses), portrait photography (with a surprising 6,000+ Instagram followers), podcasting, and journalism during college—each an opportunity to explore human stories and connections.

Since then, I've founded Jobsolv to help professionals navigate career transitions, consulted with companies from startups to Fortune 500s, and built teams that drive real results through thoughtful experimentation.
